NASA astronaut James P. Dutton visiting Slovakia
July 11, 2010, Trenčín
The American astronaut James P. Dutton was a pilot of STS-131 Discovery flight (April 5-20, 2010), a resupply mission to the International Space Station. His mission caught the interest of Slovak public because on the ISS he sported a t-shirt with the design of the Trenčín city castle. He also took with him to space the city emblem of Trenčín and the flag of Slovakia.
He is coming to visit Slovakia at the official invitation of the Christian Centre Berea. Jim will speak to the general public consisting of about 1,500 people in the city of Trenčín, on Sunday, July 11th, 2010.
